MISF School Head Retreat
For the past four years, MISF has hosted a leadership retreat for member school heads. Because of the unique role and operational model followed by private and independent schools, this retreat serves as an important forum for our school leaders.
The retreat setting offers attendees the opportunity to network, share ideas, and problem solve, in the confidential and supportive environment of their peers. The program allows school heads to explore their individual leadership styles and to reflect on the challenges and opportunities facing their schools. There is no other opportunity available in the state for private and independent school heads to meet in a position of shared experience and similar challenges.

"I recently took advantage of the opportunity to attend the Development Director's meeting at Austin Pacelli School offered by MISF. I traveled two hours from Sleepy Eye, and it was worth every minute. What a wonderful meeting with an excellent exchange of information that served very worthwhile. I look forward to the next meeting. Keep up the great work! "
